The direct primary care model allows me to practice the kind of medicine I believe in—care that emphasizes time, trust, and collaboration.
I’m thrilled to be part of Baskin Clinic, where the direct primary care model allows me to practice the kind of medicine I believe in—care that emphasizes time, trust, and collaboration. I believe healthcare should feel personal and intentional, creating space to truly listen, understand, and help patients navigate their long-term health goals. Unlike the fast-paced, often fragmented nature of traditional healthcare, I value the opportunity to slow down, build meaningful relationships, and focus on delivering high-quality care without the distractions of rushed visits or administrative burdens.
I’m a board-certified internal medicine physician committed to thoughtful, patient-centered care. I grew up in the Four Corners region of Utah near the Native American reservation and have lived in New York City, the Caribbean, Southern California, and the south of England—including London. These diverse life experiences have shaped my inclusive, relationship-based approach to medicine and instilled in me a deep respect for each patient’s unique story.
I completed my residency at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, a busy county hospital in Southern California, where I treated a wide range of medical conditions across all levels of severity. That experience gave me a strong foundation in adult medicine and prepared me to manage both routine and complex cases with confidence and compassion.
My clinical interests include obesity care, preventive health, and the management of chronic conditions. I especially enjoy partnering with patients to create personalized, sustainable care plans that promote long-term wellness and a better quality of life.
Now based in Oregon, I enjoy spending time outdoors, exploring with my family, and traveling to experience new cultures and landscapes.
