Internal Medicine
My role is not to dictate your care but to work with you to achieve the best possible outcomes.

I believe that the heart of medicine is the doctor-patient relationship. I became a primary care physician because I deeply value connection. I love knowing your story. Your story helps me understand what is important to you and how best to keep you healthy and active. My role is not to dictate your care but to work with you to achieve the best possible outcomes. I am deeply passionate about preventative medicine and truly believe that nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management and social connection are our greatest tools for well-being.

I was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. When I am not working you can find me spending time with my husband and our two children. We enjoy spending time outdoors camping, checking out new hiking trails, golfing, and skiing. I am a runner and enjoy challenging myself by competing in the occasional race. Our extended family lives locally as well and we enjoy being able to spend time together.
