Family Medicine
Life is challenging and I prefer to address the deeper patterns and causes of a person’s ailments in order to attempt to provide lasting, healing change.

It is a privilege to cultivate a safe space for patients so that I can listen to them without judgment and to most importantly honor their mind and spirit.

Memories of what it felt like to be a patient have stayed with me throughout medical training and it is important to me to participate in a space that I would wish or would have liked to have as a patient. I believe this is a space guided by curiosity, compassion, evidence-based medicine and the humility to say “well I don’t know, but I will find out.

Direct primary care allows for the time and flexibility to provide this level of care with integrity and is a model of healthcare I have been excited to practice since starting residency.

Life is challenging and I prefer to address the deeper patterns and causes of a person’s ailments in order to attempt to provide lasting, healing change. There are many modalities that I enjoy practicing such as integrative and lifestyle medicine as well as more traditional approaches. LGBTQ+ and women’s health are areas I am passionate and proud to serve.

In my free time I enjoy backpacking, painting, reading and writing and am probably haunting the local run club with friends.

“Dr Konicki is the first MD in a long time who has listened to me and not discounted some of my problems, created a plan with follow up. I feel fortunate to be her patient.”
